julia child’s protégé

i baked bread. and not the “ready to bake” type bread that you pop in the oven for 5 minutes and voilà. i made the type of bread you need to get certain ingredients mixed into a bowl to form dough, knead the dough, and bake that dough, and then you have your voilà moment!

so, i got prepped and ready to channel my inner julia child,

and i set up my recipe (with help from  my toaster), to get my ingredients together and begin the process.


< sorry, no picture of me kneading the dough… it was a two-hand process. of course i had no clue how “knead” at all so i looked up this video here.>
